Peggy and Rachel both share their personal journeys from unexpected loss and overcoming the stigma of shame with loss from addiction and suicide. They both also address how stuckages in the grief process from lack of closure or unforgiveness can be a roadblock to healing.

We will be discussing how diverse organizations are combatting Human Trafficking in Tulsa and how you can be involved in the "Walk of Freedom" happening October 16, 2021 at Guthrie Green at 8am. At the walk you will hear Survivor stories, State Task Force education, be connected with organizations doing outreach in our city, silently walk with hundreds of others praying against this darkness, and learn how to protect your family from being at risk.

You can literally join a movement happening all over the world to combat injustice!

Today we have a unique episode where I will be interviewing Parker Maddox. Parker is a Survivor of Elite Child Human Trafficking, Child Porn, Ritual Occult Abuse, and Organized Crime Grooming. Her story is one of how God rescued, redeemed, and is still restoring and healing a life of darkness, shame, and brokenness  to beauty and wholeness. Her story may seem extreme to most listeners, but the loss, pain, and rejection she talks about most will identify with too closely. Parker's story is one of hope and healing. Her battle to overcome is one we all can learn from and glean hope in the midst of whatever circumstance we are facing. Parker's bigger story is that of Her savior and how He changed it all for her and can do the same for you! Hope you enjoy!

Today will be a unique episode. We will be discussing the subject of "Power Evangelism" and if this Evangelism is still happening today.

"Power Evangelism" was coined by John Wimber.  

"According to Wimber, ‘power evangelism’ is evangelism which “comes with a demonstration of God’s power through signs and wonders,” and “is preceded and undergirded by demonstrations of God’s presence, and frequently results in groups of people being saved.” (Power Evangelism: Revised Version, John Wimber and Kevin Springer, HarperCollins, 1992,  p.78.)

Pam has served in student and women's ministry for the last 13 years. She has lived Celibate for 16 years and believes God wants to use Seasons of Singleness for the advancement of God's Kingdom. Pam's testimony will challenge and encourage you!
